A Luxury Vacation at Sea
I recently was awarded a long vacation so I checked out Holland American Cruises for the possibly of going on a cruise on one of their ocean liners. I did learn a lot about Holland American Cruises and their vacation options from the information I got online.

The Food and Other Amenities
I like to go places to sample the food. Holland American trips have extensive menus and professional chefs too! The dining room in the Holland American Cruises ocean liner is immense and gorgeous. All the dining areas are well maintained and lovely.
Their food has been rated excellent by a top culinary magazine so you know it has to be good. We use only fresh herbs and seasonings in our foods. The chefs at Holland American Cruises can also cook kosher or special dietary needs if you request it.
You can walk in if you choose the open seating or a fixed time if this how you wish to dine. There are also several grills and restaurants around the ship if you prefer a more intimate experience.
Activities on Holland American Cruises
Every day there are new activities to do if you are interested- cooking classes, a gym to work out in, a spa and activities for the younger folks too on Holland American Cruises. They have on shore activities as well so you can immerse yourself in the local customs. If you are traveling solo like I will be, they have a single partner program as well.
Single? No Problem!
Most Holland American Cruises have a Single Travelers party so the single folks can meet each other early in the cruise. They have mixers, cocktail parties and many other things just for the solo set to hook up with others who are traveling solo too.
This is a real ball getting to meet others when you think that you might be the only one traveling alone! There are dance classes, cooking, lectures lots of things to meet and greet other singles at. This was something I was excited about! Doesn’t it sound romantic to possibly meet the love of your life on Holland American Cruises? It worked for me, come try it out!
