Next stop on your Carnaval cruise is the coast of Mexico. Whether Cozumel or one of the other coastal cities of Central America, you can be assured of a wonderful time. Within Cozumel is enough shopping to keep you busy for days, and just about anything can be had there. Also, rather surprisingly, the city is quite accessible for the handicapped. In the event any members of your party are in a wheelchair, some of the taxis can actually accommodate them.
Then there are the shore excursions. If you want to visit the Mayan ruins of Tulum and see the temple where they watched the sunrise on the first day of spring, they have got you covered. Bear in mind, the bus ride is over an hour. Still, it’s well worth it. On the other hand, Carnaval cruises also offer you other means of fun. You can go scuba diving or sailing in the nearby waters, or spend the day in town and sample some local cuisine. No matter what your area of interest, no matter how you want to have fun, a Carnaval cruise has got you covered.
