Princess Cays Location
Princess Cays is located just 30 miles from Nassau on the southern Bahamas island of Eluethera. It's two miles wide and a great spot for diving, snorkeling and other water recreational activities. The resort comes equipped with amenities like a pool, plush lounge chairs, dining facilities and even relaxation hammocks strung up along the sandy, white beaches.
Because a beautiful coral reef surrounds the Bahamas Princess resort, your cruise ship will actually dock off-shore and you will be tendered or ferried to the island getaway.
Other Island Activities at Princess Cays
Other than snorkeling and diving, guests can rent sailboats, jet-skis, kayaks, sea bikes, banana boats and sea boards. The resort also offers parasailing, volleyball courts, basketball and, of course, sunbathing. There's also an on-island gift shop and local vendors selling crafts and souvenirs.
In addition to recreational activities, there are multiple bars, live entertainment and two open-air barbeques for food and drinks at lunch and dinner. Meals and drinks on the private island may or may not be included in your cruise cost, depending on the options selected when you booked.
